i will never understood why carrie waited till blown away to promote internationally. how much of a dumbass is carrie/her team? a reason why i want a crossover smash so badly is because the song will naturally become huge in other countries, giving carrie some exposure internationally. then, she can headline the super bowl

Whenever Carrie performs at events like this and Global Citizens I always try to watch some of the other performers and observe the crowds during their sets to see how Carrie compares - to see what the feedback might be like if/when she ever does the SuperBowl Halftime Show. I think Carrie as a person is more well known to the general population in the US than her songs specifically, minus BHC. And I don't think Carrie can rely on BHC the rest of her career as being the only song the GP will likely recognize. That's why, I know she's content in the country boundary, I wouldn't complain if she/her label sought more crossover hits. They don't have to explicitly remix songs to pop, but at least support them on other formats like HAC or whatever. Blown Away being a prime, missed opportunity.
