Threads like that are only ever used to up one's post count. Probably why those kinds of threads aren't allowed anymore plus Lounge had a number of those before they were banned.

Maybe it's a tad annoying but it shouldn't be warnable. Some people have posted the exact same gif with every single post for over a year (and not in a funny way like Flashing Lights) wasn't considered warnable for abrasive then that really shouldn't be either.
