Coming from someone who doesn't follow Ariana. I knew about the song but didn't care to check for it until
I heard it through the bbmas (since I had to) then on the voice (since I was already watching) and coming here to see the music video. I feel like this was smart on their part as streaming for all three seperately will fuel the song and make people purchase it.
It does suck that radio is late though. Hopefully streams won't peak fast and it can catch up.. but they are
still clinging on Dangerous Woman
Into You is an earworm, radio candy. Much more appealing for radio sonically than DW. I'm not worried about radio, it will pick up soon and it will rise quickly.
Ugh i hope this doesnt affect her.. like she literally gave us her best album and single yet and the gp are semi paying it dust.
Please don't let them deter you Ari
^ Exactly.
I mean at first i didn't understand why Focus didn't smash but i guess Jamie Fox yelling wasn't everyones cup of tea
Then i didn't understand DW but lack of visual 2 and messy promo, plus song isn't really what radio plays, i get..
BUT THIS?? This is pure pop perfection in 4 minutes, wtf i will never understand this. Like bye, i might just log out of life (i know its not that serious to some of you but let me have my dramatic moment)
this still not being sent to radios, do they want this hymn to flop?
I think they're waiting on DW to start decreasing in airplay because right now it's caught it's second wind and sending another song would probably hurt both songs in the long run. Plus it appears they are very reluctant to play Ariana on the radio this era so maybe if Into You was popular before sending it for adds, it'd be more likely to find success there on the radio. Idk that's just my theory.
