Is it possible for a record to be mixed a speed too slow or is it my machine?

My Troye Sivan LP needs to be played at 45 even though all my other records need to be at 33?

Yeah. Whenever I need something cheap and lightly used, they hook it up. I've never gotten a badly damaged item from them. Granted, I live in the US so shipping can take a while, but it's worth it. Especially for UK exclusives.

They've cancelled my order a few times but only because they realised the item was in a poor condition when it came to picking it off the shelf and packing it....which I appreciate more than receiving a crap item. They're definitely on point imo.
