I'm about to start Marc Megna's 8 week program, and before I did Jim Stoppani's 12 week shortcut to size. I stay rather fit, but being in college and working and competing in sports and doing those practices, it has been hard to stick to a program for more than just two weeks or so.
Now that I'm graduating and I'm not competing anymore, I'll have more time to devote to my fitness and I'm hoping this 8 week program is a good jump start to a better body.
