Selena Gomez just announced her 2 part BEST special airing this week on ABC. Night one will air on December 23rd, a documentary focusing solely on her work. "I've done documentaries for every album. I've done multiple for a few. And the majority of them were focusing on being "personal". Getting a look at how I "really" am. My "real" life. I think for the moment, my fans have had enough personal. Everyone's doing personal now. With this one, I wanted it to be about my work. I do a lot. I write, I produce, I choreograph, I come up with the concepts for my videos, I do a LOT. I'm involved in every aspect of my career. And I'm good at it. Everyone can't say that. So with this, I wanted to give my fans a look at how I WORK." The second part will be a concert special to promote her new album.
The singer had to do a private concert last night. The singer slayed the new songs like Freedom and Something, Something there. Lena, early this day, stopped by the BBC Radio Lounge in London, where she performed her new single, Stubborn Love, and also, covered Eric Saade's Can't Please Everybody. After some time, Lena's BBC Live Lounge performances were uploaded onto YouTube, where they got a lot of views in first two hours, and plus, those performances received a lot of positive reviews - various websites were praising Lena and her vocal abilities, also, her rooting for indie music, which is hard to see on CAL charts lately. They were also praising Lena's ability to recreate a song, just like she did with Eric Saade's debut single Can't Please Everybody - Lena recreated this R'n'B kind of song to pure indie and alternative song. A live band joined Lena during her performances at BBC Radio Lounge, helping her out by playing instrumentals live. Both songs were performed acousticly.
