Well, I'm seriously considering being a barista at Starbucks or a waiter in a restaurant in the gay district.
Oh well, chin up, right? Thanks for letting me vent a bit guys
Have you thought about pursuing some research in that field? Perhaps that can get you some of the experience you need, and perhaps you can even find a research job that pays.
Marriage seems too much of a hassle, I feel if I get married it would cut off so much from my life.
And kids, **** NO!
Yeah, I think a part of me is too selfish for marriage. I'm not big on compromising. I like being free to make my own decisions without having to take a potential wife's consideration into account.
Hey gurl hey, you were looking for me yesterday. I assume I know why now?

Some people like to date just to have fun, and there is nothing wrong with that, however at some point I think they struggle with the transition between searching for a playmate, and searching for a soul mate. When it comes to sharing stuff, my standpoint on that is, I have my family and friends and for me, that's enough to share with.
And I mean I can understand that. Some people are not the same. I just don't understand what goes through their minds. I tried but I feel it is so awkward. I need the connection and the love.
And yeah I do have family and friends, but they aren't going to always be there, and I feel like things are still going to be lonely... besides, who is going to fill my sexual needs?
Surely not my family ... and I don't see myself having a friends with benefits without it getting messy

EEK! Where do you live? That worries me, I want my masters in clinical psychology. O figured experience would come off all your internships though?
Well, you do gain experience but it tends to be one year (as programs are generally 2 years at the Masters level). So even going into the work environment, you just have 1 year of clinical experience. I went straight from my undergraduate degree into graduate school so I had bare minimum experience going in whereas other people may have taken years off or gotten experience throughout undergrad.
I'm in Canada! Toronto

Aw, thanks for the title. I love having a support squad <3
Thanks for the compliment. I am definitely going to keep moving forward! Like Marilyn Monroe said, "Somethings good things gall apart so better things can fall together,"
He came and picked me up, and we drove down to the theatre. He was too adorable. We watched Cabin in the Woods, and cuddled. We got some stares, considering Calgary is still kind of homophobic, but no ****s were given. Oh and we went to Starbucks and got coffeee too!, (this was before the movie). After the movie we went on an hour and half drive, and found a dark parking lot and made out.
It was just all too perfect. And were going out again tomorrow

But back to you. It sounds like a great date. I am glad it's gone well for you . What are your plans for tomorrow? And what are his stats?
And yeah I know calgary isn't the most homo friendly place ever. Don't people call it the texas of canada?

Sorta. I grew up in Calgary, and it's pretty conservative/racist/homophobic.
But I never experienced any racism while I was there. So that's a plus.
