Yesterday I caught Exeggutor, Poliwrath, and multiple starter pokes at Union Park in NYC. I can only imagine what it's like in Central Park. My dorm sucks though
If buddy system is true then that's a great way for people to continue to wanting to explore! I do think they need to start releasing new Pokemon soon like Holiday's time perhaps?
