Hilary has a stronger fanbase, which is why I made the comparison.

I just think the problem with Hilary's music career was her record label, look at how they treat their artists. Everyone knows Hilary is an artist who needs the promo to sell, without a major label backing her it's no doubt in my mind that she would flop, that's all I am saying.

It looks like Hilary will be doing two events this weekend, Bing and Do Something have been tweeting all day about Hilary doing charity work on Friday and some lucky fan will be able to join her as she completes that work. Also, she has the big Pedal on the Pier event on Sunday with Haylie. I cannot at the queen doing two charity events in one weekend but of course I can deal, she is going to start the month off in a good way.

I would so be open to that! I can see what you're saying about Shine. No it's not country but it's the closest fit for a full song. I think "The Last Song" is pretty close to a country song too even though it's a partial song.

Oh that's funny, I have Davida on facebook haha. She fb chatted with me recently asking if I'd post some youtube video to my wall lol. Her friends band or something. Anyways seems like she's doing really minor acting roles recently. She was on the show "As the World Turns" for a while too. Basically just small acting roles, and being friends with Leighton Meester are her current claims to (extremely minor) fame. Her sister is starting a music career apparantley.

Dan Byrd was on that show Aliens in America... he's just had the occasional acting roles on TV and movies. Easy A, and recently he was on Suburgatory. Side note: I'd hit it.

I saw Michelle Tratchenberg in "Cop Out" the other day. Also she was on Gossip Girl for a bit right otherwise no idea. And do you mean Brittany Snow? No idea what she's up to either lol.

Brody & Frankie have been pretty irrelevant since The Hills ended.

Maybe it's just Happy under a different name... because I just feel like we'd hear about it if she was working with Kara again! Especially since she's a bigger name now after American Idol.

Pretty much. I don't think money is even a concern at all for Hilary, so no use to bring that into play. It's just about non-financial success and exposure. I don't see that happening without the proper backing of a record label. Of course Hilary will know from experience to pick the best offer and make sure she'll be treated right.

That's what I meant, the next era will be her best promo-wise, I think we'll have AT LEAST 3 singles the next era and more promo than the Dignity era had, I believe Hilary will look for very specific things when she signs a contract with a new label
