i main Mercy, Ana and D'va on ranked. I love to play Sombra the most though propably (only in QP though cos she ain't that good) Symmetra is also alot fun ^^ I'll propably main Sombra everywhere once she get's some sort of a buff. I love Sombra, D'va and Mercy the most as characters.

I think Symmetra is neutral, but Vishkar is questionable.

They (Sanjay?) blew up Calado, but then again, that could've been done under the belief that Vishkar was needed more in Rio and that they were doing the right thing on a bigger scale.

Idk.

Because the Vishkar Corp wanted to rebuild Lucio's home city, and by doing that they set up new rules and orders for the people that live there, more control, forcing curfews etc. Lucio didn't like that, so he stole technology from the Vishkar Corp and used it to turn the people of his neighborhood against them.
They (Symmetra and Lucio) both hate eachother. Lucio hates her because she works for Vishkar, and Symmetra hates him because he stole from Vishkar, she even says "A punishment for your crimes" after she kills Lucio in-game! They don't generally agree with eachother; Symmetra stands for order, while Lucio stands for freedom.
