I think you all overhyped colors, I avoided listening to it live so I could experience it in HQ... It's okay but...
It was worth all the hype for me. I did the same, never listened to the live and lq version of the song before. I was totally blown away after the 2nd chorus of the song on my first listen! It'll grow on you. It's a very great song try singing with the lyrics!
I've been not so patiently waiting for this to leak, and it's totally living up to my hopes. Pre-ordered the album based on the first listen. I was worried the whole album wouldn't be as strong as Hold Me Down/Ghost/New Americana/Drive but thankfully I was wrong.
So far Gasoline and Roman Holiday are really sticking out to my as early favorites. Colors is amazing too but I think I may have been just a little over-hyped for it based on how much everyone loves it.
Very curious to see reviews start coming out. I feel like this could (and should) be a pretty massive hit.
