I could actually believe the Hotel being some kind of phantom or thing that does only exist to (some) people, if we didn't get backstory to Sally or Iris.

I literally thought of that second rumor the second Hotel California began to play. What if the hotel was a sort of entity that appeared to those who are dealing with vice/feeling (Sally and Donovan came to the hotel as a result of dealing with addiction, John Lowe has come to the hotel dealing with the grief of his child being missing, Gaga/Donovan/Ramona/Tristan all are addicted to sex, etc). The hotel shows itself to tormented souls per se as this false haven to them only to trap them and torment them, hense the episode ending with the lyrics "you can check out any time you'd like, but you can never leave....". This literally goes along with my theory that Gaga's character is the personification of a demonic creature. Also, the theory that Constance's child could be part of Gaga's troupe could go with her literally RAISING the Antichrist. .

No. Sally will sew him into a mattress.
But since we saw in a preview that he will be carried into a hospital, someone will find him, probably.
He kinda looked deformed, like an earlier version of the mattress Monster.

Just finished the first episode. I loved it

It's my first time watching AHS and I wasn't expecting much. I only watched because of Matt Bomer and Gaga and ended up loving it.

They both nailed it

I also loved the rest of the cast. Very surprised with this show and I'm glad.
