I just want to know what design the west coast of Canada gets before I do anything. Anyone from Vancouver trained one yet?
That area should get the Polar Vivillion, but I cannot confirm this since as I said, the information on confirmed locations and whatnot is shaky right now, so the only way to find out is a self test.
Does anyone know how far in the game Helioptile and Espurr are found? Because I want to train a Talonflame and Vivillon, but don't want to have almost a full team by the 2nd/3rd Gym
Oh wait, I guess I could just look at the Kalos Pokedex Are the Pokemon listed in order of when you encounter them like in B/W? Cause then it looks like Espurr is catchable early on...

Espurr is route 6, Helioptile is found in the area where you ride Rhyhorn, which is just before the second gym
