I do believe that Vivillon trick I posted last night works.

I changed my location from Ohio USA to Ontario CA and got the Icy Snow Vivillon. Pretty damn sure you can't get it in Ohio so you can have fun with that and get the Vivillons you want

Edit: It also seems that there are locations left out on the Vivillon location confirmations. Ohio was rumored to get the Modern pattern, and I switched to Canada to get the Polar Vivillon, however I got the Icy Snow one instead. The Icy Snow one was only confirmed for Finland and rumored for Italy, saying nothing about the Ontario area.
But that aside, you should be able to switch your location multiple times, so happy Vivillon collecting (if you're interested in knowing how to do it but don't understand PM me)
