Saturdays are so packed! So many shows to watch, not enough time!
I wanted to watch Occultic;Nine, but the reviews I've read were scathing. Apparently they shoved the entire first novel in the first episode, and there are only 2 volumes because the series got cancelled. It sounds way too messy to even bother. And the girl with the tumorous titties honestly makes me queasy and gives me backaches.
Kiss Him, Not Me: The manga is surprisingly very funny, and this first episode was great. Yuu Kobayashi is absolutely hysterical as the lead. I'm interested to see how far they go. Also, Mutsumi-senpai is the best boy in the show, none of these other guys even come close.
March comes in like a lion: Shaft does it again. Wonderful premiere, one of the best this season. This portrayal of depression hit hard when I watched it, Kiriyama and his struggles felt very relatable. I really need to get into the manga.
Poco's Udon World: So many people are overlooking this show because Saturdays are packed, but this was one of my personal favorite premieres. The show reminds me a lot of Barakamon, another show I loved. The watercolor palette was very pleasing to the eye, and the atmosphere was very calming. This is the show that'll scratch my SoL itch now that Sweetness & Lightning, New Game, and Amanchu are over. Super adorable, I'm really looking forward to watching more of this show.
