You have to be spamming it, like multiple posts, or a post taking up a lot of space, posting like you're insane, etc. The simple pointless posts that have caused us so many headaches the past months will no longer be warned, unless we see them as off topic, flamebait, abrasive, etc.

Whether it's reported or not is definitely a big part of it. Another thing is that when you drag someone else's fave it's more likely to spark an argument, which is the main thing we want to prevent. If you drag some random celebrity (that either doesn't have fans here or deserves to be dragged) then it's more likely that we let it slide.
