Officially no. Unofficially, not necessarily. If she keeps these leads and blunts Sanders' momentum in the caucuses where he is expected to do very well she may have an insurmountable lead that'll be impossible to pass UNLESS he starts landsliding in states he isn't even expected to win.
Back in 2008 Barack won a string of 10 or 11 victories in a row and had about 120 delegates more than her after Super Tuesday (not counting supers). She never caught up even though it was one of the most hotly contested nominations in history of the Democratic Party
Sanders, however, is showing that he can win in unsual places. Like WV

. That, and the FBI could hand him the nomination at any time IF (not likely) she's indicted. So eh. Anyone would rather be her but you never know in politics
