Girl shut up. Monica's music is/was basic as hell and Brandy's Full Moon was more similar to Fanmail than Aaliyah's album was. And Red album still has the highest metacritic rating.
Because of Aaliyah's red album everybody including your own fave wants to give "diversity" and "versatality" in their albums. She showed your faves how to make the perfect urban pop/contemporary r & b album.
