- When the cast was revealed, who did you think was your biggest competition?
A whole lot of people in this season's cast were HUGE competition. You really put together some of the strongest game players on ATRL this season. This game started a few days after I won ATRL Survivor V, so I knew that I would be perceived as a threat by people, especially the handful who competed against me, such as dwuw and T-Swizz. I also knew those two would potentially be great scorers in the challenges, due to the caliber of their Survivor submissions. I expected umich and Citrus to be strong competitors as well, and I am not surprised those two made it to the finale.
- Which judge was your favorite and why?
The entire judging panel was fantastic, but since I have to pick someone, I will say Superiore because he used his wildcard on me. He knew my potential and had faith in my gameplay. (Sorry to let you down, Mario!)
- If you could replace a finalist with someone else, who would it be?
The final three deserved it. The only other contestant who probably deserved a spot was Urban_Fan.
- Have you been in any alliance and how did that work out?
I had a loose season two alliance on the All-Stars team that was effectively controlling our side of the game, with Serendipity/Funky/Melvin/Bey_Rihstan. However, Bey_Rih getting banned and Melvin almost getting eliminated in round five effectively ruined that plan. When I was eliminated, I was in the process of forming a cross-team alliance with myself, Guero, Scene, Citrus, and Urban_Fan, but that was interrupted when I got wildcarded into the bottom three.
- Which contestant didn’t deserve his/her ranking?
I find the secret contestant twist interesting, as well as the Halloween comeback. However, when you haven't competed in a good chunk of the challenges, it's a bit unfair to the others who have been there from the start.
- In your original season you slayed us with your gif, but unfortunately you couldn’t make it to this season’s gif round. What would you have submitted?
I'm not sure actually! I'm always subconsciously on the look out for GIFs when I watch videos. Last month, I was really impressed with some of the facial expressions of Paisley from Tattoo Fixers (she was the woman in my PNG), so I might have done a GIF with her.
- How was it hosting a big game and playing another at the same time?
Very difficult. Especially since my semester was in full swing as both games were happening. It can be stressful at times, but usually I am pretty good with hitting deadlines as things are scheduled. Unfortunately, all of this happening probably impacted my social game in Les ATRLers.
- If there is one thing that you could change if you could go back what would it be?
I wish I was a little more active in the thread, and made some better social bonds with the virgins. If I had formed a stronger alliance earlier, I probably could have gone farther. Also I wish that Melvin had been eliminated in round five, because that totally messed me up with the double elimination next round.
- Describe your run in this competition with one gif.
- What do you think about this game?
It's quite an experience, and it certainly keeps you on your toes. I'd love to experience it beyond round six someday
