It's definitely the song, "MAMA" is too old-school KPop. It's far from being current/relevant.

I mean, look at the charts being dominated with songs like Fantastic Baby, So Cool, Lovey-Dovey...etc, hell even Part Rock Anthem was one of the best selling songs of last year. Just like the rest of the world, dance-oriented music is the hottest thing in Korea right now.

Hopefully SM forces it to work because there are definitely enough fans of EXO to allow them success. SMP style is a lot fresher than what's dominating right now, as ironic as that sounds considering that SMP style has been in existence since the 90s.

This is exactly the kind of title track I've been begging for from that label for years. Hopefully the country catches up.

It's okay. It just means for once a SM group coming out of the gate is gonna have to work their asses off even harder with the promotion and performances, rather than just walking onto the stage with a number one single already under their belts. This is how it used to be anyway.

Speaks for itself. That doesn't mean it's bad, and that doesn't mean EXO are failures at all. It just means there needs to be time for the climate to adjust - there's room for both types of songs, and both types of groups.

And AS were one of the top-tier groups during Because Of You and Bang!. After that even Orange Caramel is doing better.

I wouldn't put Secret together because last year they had one of the most popular songs of the year (and so did Sistar), so I think they already passed AS popularity-wise.

And I agree with Rominho, After School are one of the best performers, they deserve a lot more. I mean, BEG sing more and Jewelry dance more, but overall AS are the best, 'cause they are great at both singing and dancing.
