It's so detestable that people continue to use this case to come after Katy, Beyonce, or Rihanna for "not speaking out". Let people live their lives and figure things out. Things are happening behind the scenes, especially for Katy who's closer to the situation. She's also going through a relationship crisis (cause I assume her and Luke are friends). Let her breathe.

Kesha was vehemently denying it a few years back as well. They both denied it under oath, but that does not necessarily mean she was not abused by him. Perhaps, at the time, she was just protecting her bottom dollar and her career. In 2011, her career was on fire so I would imagine there was label pressure to just not rock the boat. Usually, things come in the wash after a career slowdown.
