6. You Got Me - 9/10 (would be higher if the "Dumblonde" parts didn't serve demo teas)

The album is catchy, it's too bad they don't have a bigger backing to really get it out there.

White Lightning: 6/10 (Decent album intro, commercial and standard. Exactly what you'd expect when you hear those two are doing an album, which is why it's so low)
Eyes On Horizon: 8/10 (It's a perfect beach song, plus it shows them veering to the left and doing creative pop)
Love Blind: 10/10 (I pretty much love everything about this song. It feels like it jumps to the bridge in the verses which is always my favourite part of a track, and the chorus is euphoric. They need to release it in the UK, it'd do well here)
Tender Green Life: (see Eyes on Horizon)
Remember Me: 8/10 (It took me until watching them do this live to actually get into the song, now it's on my running playlist)
You Got Me: 9/10 (The Chorus and breakdown push it over the edge, but there's something about how the verses are sung that I really dislike. There's something vogue/house about it that I love though.
Waiting On You: 6/10 (Maybe it'll grow on me..)
Yellow Canary: 5/10 (I'm really neither here or there for it)
Dreamsicle: 6/10 (I'm not a big fan of this one, but I enjoy it more than the one before it)
Take Away: 9/10 (I really liked this, it's very 90s to me for some reason)
Carry On: 7/10 (Tribal light, it's cute)

Overall I think it's a solid pop album which is a big feat these days. My Trinity is: Love Blind, You Got Me and Eyes On Horizon

How Aubrey gonna shade their biggest hit though? Like, it's kind of disrespectful...especially to Stereotypes. Before "Damaged" nobody really cared for Danity Kane (in regards to general public). lol

Their new music is good...but it ain't "erase the past" good. She giving me Tamar "my first album didn't exist" teas lol

It really is an impressive album.. They managed to get that dance sound right, without making it sound dated or rehashed. The production is not only fresh its also up to date and actually very focused (given the budget)

The Take Away chorus is magical.
