this sounds really random, but maybe give it a try:
go to the main page of her site and click the top left index thing, then choose 'community.' click a category of the forum, and it should tell you that you need to sign in. do so (and maybe try telling your computer to remember your password for the next time), then sign back out, lol. now repeat the steps, lol.
I probably sound like an idiot, but I have to do this every time I go on the forum in order to be able to see it, lol.
