I highly doubt the blue collars are going to be pagonged come the merge. This season has had many pro blue collar undercurrents and very anti white collar vibes. We still have at least one more boot before the merge, so leave some room for error, but I think Mike/Dan/Kelly are going to align with the no collars and take out Rodney and most of the white collars. They already don't trust Rodney, and I think he'll try to form an alliance with Joaquin and Joaquin will pull in Tyler/Carolyn. I think Rodney/Tyler/Joaquin/Carolyn will be the people on the bubble soon, if I had to predict. Shirin should be able to skate by since she's the most powerless person in the game at this point, and we don't know where Sierra will fall yet, but you shouldn't assume that she actually follows up on her claims to turn her back on the blue collars. She could still join back up with them.

Hmmmm, this would actually make for a better post-merge so I hope you're right.

MASSIVE SEASON 31 OR 32 SPOILERS

Voting will begin at F8 of World's Apart Season, and the participants will be announced at the Reunion of Worlds Apart. This is another reason to believe "S32" will be next season, and "S31" in Cambodia, although filmed before, may be pushed after. WTF

Redmond has stated that the players considered are those "superfans have wanted for years" and those that "were alternates many times". For "alternate returnees" there used to be a page on the Survivor Wiki that used to compile the information. However, two unreliable sources that seemed to compile alternates are here and here. To name those based on these lists that were alternates "many times" for what it's worth: Rodger (S2), Peih-Gee (S15), Twila (S9), Hunter (S4), Shane (S12), Terry (S12). Also, those cut last minute in recent seasons would very likely get another chance here: Ace (S17), Kenny (S17), Natalie (S16), Amy (S11), Ashley (S22), Troyzan (S24), RC (S25).

Redmond has specifically hinted those who 'suddenly started posted on Twitter' as those slated for the season. People have deduced Alicia Rosa, Peih-Gee, Shane, and Kenny as those who may fit the bill. Also extremely relevant are those that Redmond has very recently started to follow on twitter (all of which started posting on Survivor recently): Ryan O (S7), Teresa (S3), Robb (S5), Burton (S8). On the topic of Ryan O, he also posted a wink face to Redmond on one of his tweets, and very insinuating posts. Kelley (S29) also has replied to Redmond.

My heart cannot take. Cannot wait until F8.

Although that makes sense because it's a lot harder to keep spoilers in for a long period of time with returnees. I'm so ready

I don't think the recency bias will be too strong because as Redmond said, the producers will have a pick in at least half of the returnees and I'm sure they'll try to spread it out a bit.
