Looking at her Youtube figures, if she had Popular Song and Bang Bang on her channel (since she is credited as a main artist on both songs - not a feature), she'd be at 5.88B, not 4.9B.
She'd jump from #16 to #12.

If every artist included features though, she'd go down to #17, since Nicki Minaj, Bruno Mars, Chris Brown, Calvin Harris, and Maroon 5 would have more than her. Still, it's amazing how high she is despite only being three years into her career.

Maroon 5 - Locked Away, Stereo Hearts (I don't know why they're included when it was just Adam)

I'm making a spread sheet to keep track of both DW & ME and, based on the OP, DW grew by about 7M streams in 2 days and ME grew by about 2.3M.
I'm going to track her tracks once a week and organize them all so we get an idea of how much she's growing. I'm expecting DW to hit 1B by Halloween and ME to hit 2B by late November/early December.

I saw someone ask where Ariana officially stands for female artists overall on Spotify since there's no real clarification / trackable data aggregated for total plays per artists, so I went and did rough estimates on the most listened to women on Spotify:
1. Rihanna - 7.282 Billion
2. Nicki Minaj - 4.301 Billion [this one is so hard to track]
3. Ariana - 3.658 Billion
4. Sia - 3.350 Billion
5. Beyonce - 3.344 Billion
Others:
Ellie Goulding - 3.075 Billion
Adele - 2.552 Billion
Katy Perry - 2.511 Billion
Lana Del Rey - 2.336 Billion
Selena Gomez - 2.181 Billion
Meghan Trainor - 1.820 Billion
I think if you just counted tracks where they're the main artist, not a feature, you'd get:
1. Rihanna
2. Ariana
3. Beyonce
Looking at other pop girls, it's so amazing how much she's grown in so few years and with such little material, but it's frustrating imagining how much bigger she could be with more push behind her career. Most of the times she's a feature, it's for a favor for a smaller artist, or the features that could have been big got canned (Research, Get On Your Knees), the soundtrack singles she does are never given a push, she doesn't do things like remix packages or Spotify Sessions (this would be so amazing), etc. Even her promo feels more minor compared to others, even when she's global and promo in certain countries would see the singles this DW surge.
At least though we can say her success is always on her own merits.

Outsold a certain pop girl's album that was released over seven months before it, in a better sales climate, and right before the holiday season, even though that pop girl was supposed to be so much bigger than Ariana!
