You actually took the words out of my mouth... I had been tinkering with the idea of telling everyone to post their comments in that article for a few days now, but I got caught up in other stuff.
Now, I did write a comment myself complaining about the new categories this year a few days ago but they never posted it on the You Tell Us section. Maybe it's because they don't like criticism, or maybe because I wrote about 4 paragraphs full of bitching about this year's VMAs... Whatever it is, I think that if enough people give them bad feedback about the 2007 VMAs (almost a month before they even take place) they'll bow into pressure and fix all this crap. Anyway, everyone here should definitely post a comment (even a small one) on that article and all VMA-related articles they can to see that most of us really don't want the VMAs to turn into the TRL Awards...
