You didn't really have to download it, you know? You could just go their website (http://pokemonshowdown.com/) and click 'Play Online.' As long as you don't delete your cookies or whatever, your team should be saved.

If you have any troubles doing EVs and all, just pm me your troubles. In reality though, when you're done picking all your moves, then the page should automatically direct you to the stats. If it doesn't, just click 'Stats' which is right beside 'Moves.'

When you add a Pokemon it's already at level 100 so you have to change it to 1 manually

You don't level up after every battle, it takes a certain amount of battles to level up

The pokemon in your PC aren't affect unless you add them to your team and if your pokemon faints during battles it wont really level up
