Standing before me are eighteen young, talented men and women. You have been hand selected by me and my associates out of thousands and thousands of applications to partake in this rigorous 10-weeks competition. Week after week you are given out a task you must complete. The winning team is personally rewarded and earns the privilege to stay another week in the Trump hotel suites. The loosing team will face the boardroom where somebody, I’m afraid, will be fired. Are you ready candidates?
According to recent studies of entrepreneurship, one third of American adults start a new business each month, however, many of these new business will not make it beyond four years. One third of them close their doors in as little as 2 years. In today’s economy, small businesses are struggling harder to survive. What I wanted you to accomplish for task 1 is to experience buying a set of items and sell all of them in a certain time period. If you don’t there will penalties.
Week 1 Task: Prepaid Inventories
There are two types of headphones that each candidate will try to sell in this task: Green Panasonic HTX7 & Silver Panasonic HTX7. There is a catch! Up front you must choose how many you wanted to sell and must sell them all in two hours period. Quantities choices are as followed: 4, 8, 12, and 24 (for Green) & 6 and 10 (for Silver). Profits are earned according to the quantity chosen and are as followed:
Green: 4 ($10 profit each), 8 ($12 profit each), 12 ($20 profit each), 24 ($28 profit each).
Silver: 6 ($12 profit each), 10 ($15 profit each)

To order for prepaid shipment of headphones to sell
-post on the thread: “order 4 of green” or “buy 6 of silver”.. etc.
-you may do that anytime
-you must sell all your items in 2 hours
-if cannot complete selling all prepaid item then 50% charge deduction per item
------start a new round after 2 hours even when you didn't finish selling

Lets assume TheGeoKing plans on selling 8 green headphone. TheGeoKing would post this in the thread:

-post and reply to the initial of purchase
-you can only buy one [1] copy from each member per round
------once that member starts new round of items, you can buy again from that member
-you may buy from as many members as you like to
-anyone can buy, even members from your team, another team, or outsiders of this game.

THE TEAM WITH THE MOST PROFITS WILL, OF COURSE, WIN THIS TASK AND EXEMPT FROM THE BOARDROOM.
The other two teams will face me in the boardroom where three candidates will be fired.
