College applications suck booty. I've only started my common app essay, I chose the favorite place prompt. I'm procrastinating so bad

I'm taking the stupid ACT again in October, I need two more points to be acceptable for Yale and Columbia, but even if I get one more point I'll be happy with that

I saw my GPA for the first time this year. 4.11 weighted but an effing 3.58 unweighted

My school started its academic portion 3 years ago (it was an arts only school before then) and we got to see the new building yesterday And we FINALLY decided on some graduation and prom ****.

I am trying. I'm trying to go for a 4.0 this year... 10 week grades are released next week.

But our homecoming dance was suddenly cancelled. But ppl say "Oh are you going to homecoming?" I was like no.

I mean I'm in my freshman year and I'm taking it. But it depends on the teacher and how he/she grades it. In my case, I have a teacher who's in his like 60s to 80s and all the teacher does is do some activities on the board That's it.
