I gotta say that it was pretty hard to watch this season. Not because it was bad, it was great but it was so ****ing heavy. I had to do some crying breaks of like 30 minutes after that episode where

Season 3 gets a bit too much hate. Honestly, if you go back and watch it (I noticed this after I rewatched it after my initial disappointment with it) but it was entirely setting up for season 4. It was literally just developing and laying the groundwork for Season 5. Season 2, in all its glory, did a **** job of setting Season 3 up for anything good.
The only thing Season 2 set up Season 3 for was Caputo replacing Fig, Vee's stolen heroine, Bennette confesses to Caputo... That's about it... Season 3 did a phenomenal job of setting up Season 4 to have a lot of stuff to work with. And Season 4 did a great job of setting up Season 5, which is why there are a lot of unresolved storylines.
