Anyways her songs have never missed the Top 20, and only 3 or 4 i think missed the Top 10.
Piece of me was way better. Gimme more and piece of me would probably been no.1 hits had Britney promoted them. Plus, if you seek amy is her third single. Break the ice flopped, I loved that song

It did have a ****** video. Shame, I think it was so different from all her other songs, and in a good way. Generally I'm disapointed with her circus singles, although I downloaded the first two from iTunes. I'm not sure if I'll get if you seek amy yet. It's growing on me!

She's already had alot of number one's in the Uk compared to the US. Still, she hasn't been at no.1 here since 2004 It's a shame songs like toxic got ****ed by the hot 100's system. Only two number ones! She deserved way more.
"Break The Ice" only reached #15 because it wasn't @ Woolworths, UK's most important CD seller.
"Circus" only reached #13 because they waited 2 months to release the physical single. By then everyone had bought the CD or downloaded the single from iTunes.
That's not necessarily shocking..considering she just came back in 2007 and has achieved three more top three hits. Despite peaking, her songs have all been really good sellers which matter more than a #1 peak. Hitting #1 is just the compliment, actual longevity is what matters.
