Well if it's covered in skin, like how you fry chicken, you could theoretically have a crunchy coat outside and juicy, jello consistency inside. Not sure if my mouth would like the conflicting consistency but that's what I've heard.

the brain has no skin, it has a tissue who covers it, i guess more than one after the bone
