So Britney PLUMMETS to #15. What a miserable flop she is.
13-15 is NOT plummeting. 13-35 would be plummeting. 13-15 is an everyday average ordinary drop that happens to every song. Just because a song falls a spot doesn't mean it's dead forever. Why are people thinking IUSA is flopping? It's doing better than tons of songs out there at the moment! Like Rico said, it's a 3rd single. It HAS to climb up the old fashioned way. Longevity is just as good as a peak. IUSA is still on a strong climb on both airplay and sales. Positions mean nothing. It's the points, sales, spins that count.
I'm sorry but falling 2 spots after peaking at #13 is a flop. She never cracked the Top 10.
The song is FAR from over. IT JUST started! It's video JUST came out. The adds date was only like a month ago! It's a 3rd single. It has to climb! Even though she dropped two spots, that doesn't mean her sales went down.
But she's already DROPPING. No matter how high airplay is people don't care enough about the song to download it. Britney has all this controversy surrounding the song and she can't even crack the iTunes Top 12. I say flop.

Why is a Britney stan calling Britney a flop? OMG you should be freaking siding with me! Just because you don't go top 10 in two days doesn't mean your a flop. EVERY SINGLE SONG IN THE HISTORY OF iTUNES has dropped and climbed up again. Airplay and sales are both in a steady increase. Positions don't matter. Sales and spins and AIs do! If those are going up, everything is fine!

You'd be surprised at the tons of people already calling this a flop at Pulse, too. And they're Britney stans just like Alexz. I think they honestly believe the song is flopping, which is 100% untrue.

Womanizer and Circus were automatic #1 digital songs. If U Seek Amy is failing to live up expectations. Britney's cheap profanity stunt didn't work this time.

I don't know if you know this or not, but on US iTunes, singles that are released BEFORE their iTunes released date (Womanizer & Circus) always zoom up the chart. IUSA has been on iTunes since November. It HAS to climb just like any other single that is released after being on iTunes for a while. US iTunes is different from other countries that put a single on at a specific date even if it's a third or fourth single.

I know! There's a countless number of songs that would kill to have IUSA's success at the moment.
