In the Summer of 2012. I really loved her when I was younger, like 9 or 10 which was during Breakaway. I loved all of the Breakaway singles with all my heart. I even thought Respect was her song until a few years ago
I'd always casually liked her, I thought she was cool and her voice was ear sex, but when I bought my first album from her, Stronger, I let it sit for a while (Though I used Honestly and Stronger a lot) and then I listened to it all the way through and LOOOVVEEDD it. It was all a downward spiral from there. So really less than 2 years

I feel the same way. Like, I'm glad she's having fun and it's fun to listen to, but the lyrics really contradict what she's doing. ESPECIALLY Behind These Hazel Eyes lately.
