The fact that you've heard Dirrty at every party you've been to already tells me these parties are not representative of what most people are listening to.
She had literally no creative input into that album, apart from her voice obv. She was recording The Voice at the same time, so she literally shopped around for demos & just laid her vocals over them.
But it's not like "Beautiful" is the type of slow song that gets played at parties. Of course "Dirrty" would be played at parties more considering what type of song it is. That song isn't really that remembered. Yeah, amongst Internet pop fans who yearn for the days where the only chart it was relevant on was the TRL top 10. "Beautiful" is Christina's signature song by far, and you would have to forget her completely to forget that song.
I also think it's funny that in my own mind, I think of "electronic" and "electro" as two things, even if "electro" really is short for "electronic"; I imagine that electro falls under electronic, though electronic is more of a wider genre and includes pretty much anything that uses synths while electro usually is more upbeat or heavier things.

Please and thank you.
Exactly why I think genre talk is a barren discussion. It can be so subjective
But....I think "Europop" is nothing different from typical pop music, except more dance-influenced with heavier beats.
