Yeah, that seems likely as of now.
The only problem would be the tour: 2013 would be too soon, and by 2014 the album might be dead so we would have a BTWB repeat (the tour was massive, but having a single out would have helped her doing even better numbers, especially in South America and some parts of Europe). The ideal would be the era having longevity and lasting until 2014 (maybe 2nd volume or a re-release a la TF/M during the fourth quarter of 2013?) so that she can tour then with the advantage of having something fresh on the radio.
