It was written around the time she was on the Voice when she had no label. She did some live performances of it. Then, she recorded it in the Dollhouse EP / Cry Baby sessions with Kinetics & One Love, but it wasn't put on the album because it didn't fit with the kids theme.

She used that part of the shoot for promotion, like the Apple Music banner.

Then the lying down portion of that shoot was used for the Sippy Cup cover.

Bombs on Monday, like You Love I, was probably scrapped early around the time of the EP release because it does not fit the theme at all either in full.

Actually, just months ago a close insider and friend of Melanie said Bombs on Monday was on the tracklist, along with a bunch of other titles. This was before Bombs on Monday and some of those titles were confirmed later. Melanie made a big deal about the titles being fake but then proof makes it seem like Melanie was trying to keep the tracklist a secret.

So maybe it was a part of the tracklist a bit ago?
