Last night I had this idea. Some people are complaining that "Applause" seems to be self-centered, but what if that's the point? The Fame was about fame (duh) and TFM was about the dark side of fame. BTW was about self-esteem, what if ARTPOP is about cockyness and overindulgence?

Did she say something about the album sound and musical direction? Everytime she speaks about this stuff she wraps it with so may descriptions and not so important information. She can drive me crazy sometimes.
Since it's FREE I have the feeling the app is not going to be all that, but this is a smart move nonetheless. Mostly little monsters were going to buy the app if there was a fee, now the audience has practically widened beyond estimation.
