I wonder how Adele will perform at the show. she's a great singer but she'll have to do a mid-tempo because it's the vmas and a ballad won't do. though Pink did have the performance of the night with a ballad at the grammys so maybe something like that happens

Like I said before and I will continue to say. Those were very well deserved. Bad Romance and Telephone were exceptional videos that really impacted pop culture.
The whole talk of Adele being nommed for Cheorography. Uh, the nods are Beyonce, Brit, Bruno, Gaga and LMFAO.
So we have the crazy dancing, bopping in place, grabbing the crotch, doing some Melodifestivalen side-stepping and the Melbourne Shuffle. How...perfectly placed for Beyonce to win.

As fort eh nods...it seems they actually looked at the video as art and not base. Yes yes Katy has about 7 more nods than necessary and no I don't get Adele for VOTY but otherwise I'm not really bothered by the nods at all.

That's not what was said. I'm saying that her 13 nominations were warranted because of their exceptional quality. While Katy has had major radio hits, only LFN and maybe ET are memorable.
Really MTV's choices are smart - they still get all the attention from the fanbases because they're pissed plus they'll get ratings from people who don't care for pop music.
