Weighed in at a little over 170 yesterday
Hitting legs twice a week is helping (had to since I neglected calves this fall/winter and now feel self-conscious wearing shorts
) Need to start cutting soon, but my discipline<<<
I have this weird low self esteem/body dysmorphia thing though, where despite all the compliments and comments I get outsidet/at work/etc, I literally look in the mirror like "do you even lift?"
I went from 150 last September to 170 now, but I feel pretty much the same except when looking at "before" pictures.
