It is SUPER rare that an indictment doesn't happen. It is only supposed to happen if there is no evidence that a crime had taken place. We have a dead body. Wilson should have been required to PROVE that it was self defense at a TRIAL.
When the National Bar Association makes a statement that this shouldn't have happened, something else has to be in play. It is as simple as that.
