It depends. Most recently Katy grossed $1.5M in the same venue so 800K is not "good" by venue standards.

All artists have weaker and stronger markets. Rihanna's US numbers have always been "just OK" (but not bad) compared to the other popgirls, while she was outgrossing a lot of them by a large margin in Europe!

Needing less dates to do a certain total shows increase in touring power. If she adds more legs, she'll undoubtedly outdo herself.

If Rihanna can still come up with an 8-week (so far) #1, 11 years into her career and after a 3-year break, that should tell you she's not losing her ear for hits, her versatility or ability to re-invent herself anytime soon. In 10 years, she'll still be slaying the charts and her touring will still be getting stronger with time, like it is now

There are artists like Justin or Taylor, who are younger than Rihanna, but who have bigger tours and/or are bigger touring artists.
Age isn't stopping you from grossing $200M with a tour.

Rihanna simply isn't one of the biggest touring artists, but that doesn't mean that she isn't successful.
She's definitely going to gross more than $100M, which is a success in my personal opinion.
