BuzzAngle is actually a very iffy source, and I wouldn't really read into it, even if an accurate source like MBW reported them.
Their site launched just a few months ago, and out of curiosity, I would use their tracker or w/e to look at the top-selling stuff right now. It didn't accurately match with what ended up being the top-sellers at all.
