Sia is no doubt a talented songwriter and her albums can prove that however the songs she wrote for other artists are void of any brilliance, inspiration and mastery. They're very cookie-cutter. So I'm glad that none or only one made it on the album. The last thing I want is listening to an Adele track thinking that it could be sung by Rihanna, Katy, Britney or Beyonce. The only great track she penned for other artists is Christina's You Lost Me.

Exactly.

Y'all are acting like Adele is shading Sia by cutting their collaborations or something. Two of the songs ("Alive" and "Birds Set Free") were cut partially because Adele felt that they fit Sia more. People literally told her that "Birds Set Free" sounded more like a Sia song than an Adele song.

Just think... If a song as good as "Alive" was cut from 25, can you even imagine how good the songs that made the final track listing will be?

I love how Adele is honest about it. Sia is overrated. She's been overrated for years now, I remember some guy (he was cute tho) telling me how cool Sia was years ago and that I should listen to her, and I just rolled my eyes at him.
