Probably because it did a lot better than this has. Bad Romance peaked at #2 on iTunes in its week of release, and would have gotten to #1 if it wasn't for Taylor's re-release invasion.

well she performed KGB in the beginning of September. released it on the end of September and released the video et the end of October. and the song was just not smash material. it was a mess. all she needs to do is promote it and have HOT/Great video. and besides KGB her videos are usually great.. i have faith in it

NOTE: the initial release of this horrendous song and it's dismal radio reception was extremely laughable............BUT at this point, her "situation" is just SAD

Upon release it went to #2, it was blocked from #1 by a new release, and on the Saturday of that week it was still #7. It then remained in the top 10 for its second week and then the video/GG appearance came in the third week and it sky rocketed to #1, where it stayed for a month
