Carly might be a one-hit wonder in the eyes of the GP but strictly speaking chart-wise it's wrong to call her a one-hit wonder. For the year 2012, if you're looking for real 100% one-hit wonders, you've got Gotye and Psy.

The album is pop perfection so I am not complaining. I just hope Run Away With Me somewhat becomes a hit so she can push the album as a whole more.

1. Yes it is. Top 40 is considered a hit by Billboard.
2. It peaked #11 on the Worldwide Top 40 tracks and stayed on the chart for 17 weeks. One of the 40 biggest songs in the world for 17 weeks is obviously a hit

I agree that IRLY was not a hit, but I believe "Good Time" has always been credited as Owl City and Carly Rae Jepsen. It is on both of their albums and they were both sued for copyright infringement and both were refunded their agreements on the lawsuit after it was declared original material.

And it's a Carly song too like it clearly says OWL CITY & CARLY RAE JEPSEN plus it's on her album, so unless you aren't able to read which is something that I think you are capable of, I don't know what are you trying here.
