Personally, I don't think it's bad...or as bad as the scare tactics against it make it out to be. However, I would not date someone who smoked it (or otherwise ingested it), and I would not approve of my children doing it as long as they lived with me.

I don't have huge issues as I used to have with it.

My only thing is I could never regularly do it. From what I've noticed, and I am NOT saying this is true for all people, but a lot of people use it try and mask their depression or sadness instead of dealing with their problems head on.

So much ignorance in here. People just like to say its bad without actually knowing anything about it. Marijuana is a harmless natural plant and if there's anything that will actually harm you, it's the smoking itself. But that's obvious. There are so many other ways to consume it.

It's a shame people don't have the same negative views about alcohol, because that's a very dangerous drug right there. I know way too many people that have lost their lives due to the effects of alcohol. Marijuana doesn't kill.

People glamorize weed and kinda almost make it their whole life. I read an interesting note by a teacher who is not against weed but looks at it negatively because his students who would use it would pretty much live their life around weed. Saying things like "I went to the concert and got so high", I went to the party and got so high etc. I think weed should be legalized however I myself don't really advocate using it all the time, it seems like instead of making you "creative" it just dulls your senses IMO.

I was against it for a long time because of the way people treat it. A lot of people where I'm from will post pictures or videos of smoking everyday or make posts about it on a daily basis and its so dumb the way they practically worship it. I think its something that if done should be done privately.

Its all about the information out there, and a lot of that information is incorrect or misleading. Oh well, it will be legal everywhere in the next 20 years.

I used to dislike it because of how it smells, but after living for 5 months in Montreal, where basically everywhere you go smells like weed, now I'm used to it and it doesn't bother me at all anymore.

Any kind of addiction is bad tho
