I voted for ARTPOP cuz it sold better in a worse sales climate, but honestly Blackout was more popular (welp not the album itself as a whole body of work, but the singles and Britney at the time).

Weird comparison and I really don't know which one is the right answer. Even if Blackout was more popular, success is success and ARTPOP was far more profitable for 2013 standards than Blackout for 2007

I guess that's where we disagree. Blackout had the sales climate advantage (like your sources prove) . Artpop had much more promo and visibility.

Blackout is an extremely overrated album and considering the fact that it's ONLY @ 1M when it was out in 2007 is very saddening despite all the attention and controversies she tried pulling.
