You've never heard Fight Song before? Anyways, I agree. It's a decent song that got thrown under the bus here.

679 won't go top 10 next week. It'll have to build on its (unsolicited) urban airplay and climb a little on iTunes to do that.

Streaming has been its Achilles' heel thus far, which is typical for adult pop songs like Fight Song.

However, it did move up 26-20 on Streaming Songs this week, which is a new peak for it. It's been hanging out in the 15-25 range on Spotify for a while.

Yeah, Fight Song really feels like a Top 5 song to me so the fact that it's peak is at 8 so far is a bit discouraging :/ Hoping it can sneak a week in once Drag Me Down, See You Again and Bad Blood(?) fall, but it'll be tough.

This year for mainstream has been the absolute pits.

I only had to hear one Fetty Wap song to determine I would never listen to any of his others. How the hell is he SO DAMN popular? He's like a worse version of T-Pain, at least he gave us some bops.

The current Top 10 makes me depressed I don't like a single song in it. I don't think that's ever happened for me personally, there's always at least one mainstream song I like/secretly like.
