but its true... it should b higher than #20 before the video release... Even hard by Rihanna alone was at #18 before the video release nd the video release just made it go up to #13 that day..

so this song is GA GA and beyonce

Telephone the video has got to be immaculate for it to climb all those spots up if its still #20 upon release..
